Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Jellify iOS software application provided by ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (KRS: 0001190915, NIP: 7252358503).

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run Jellify on Apple devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial sensory relaxation and entertainment.

2. Sensory & Wellness Disclaimer

Jellify is an interactive 3D physics simulator designed for stress relief, focus facilitation, and digital tactile recreation. It is not a clinical medical device and does not constitute diagnosed treatment for ADHD, anxiety disorders, or mental health conditions.

3. No Purchases, No Subscriptions

Jellify is free in full: every preset, every material and every editor parameter is unlocked at download. The app contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising, so no billing relationship exists between us and you and there is nothing to refund, cancel or restore.

4. Intellectual Property

All simulation algorithms, 3D shader architectures, audio synthesis mechanics, trademarks, and visual designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zordon Intelligence Sp. z o.o.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
