2. Local-First Architecture & Zero Tracking

Jellify is engineered under a strict local-first doctrine. We do not collect, process, transmit, store, or sell personal identifiers, advertising IDs (IDFA), IP addresses, geolocation, or behavioral profiling.

3. Third-Party Advertisers & Telemetry

Jellify contains zero third-party advertising SDKs (no Google AdMob, no Meta Audience Network), zero analytics brokers, and zero persistent fingerprinting cookies.

4. App Sandbox Storage

All customized blob physical parameters, saved presets, and favorites remain entirely within your private iOS app sandbox container. Jellify has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no paywall, so there is no payment flow at all: we never receive, store or process payment instrument or billing data.

5. GDPR / RODO Rights

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RODO), users possess rights including access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing. Because Jellify stores zero identifiable user data on external servers, all application state is completely erased whenever you delete the application from your iOS device.
